Custom Boxes The Box Factory can create a durable, professionally looking box to meet your needs. Exceptional quality is our trademark! Our boxes are made of sturdy chipboard. We keep plain and white vat chipboard in stock at all times or we can order special chipboard to meet your needs. We can manufacture any quantity of boxes, but we recommend an order of at least 500 or more for a competitive price. Inserts Inserts can accommodate the unique size, shape of your product. Inserts will lower packing costs, prevent shipping damage and improve product presentation. Plain chipboard is the least expensive option. Shrink Wrapping The Box Factory can also provide shrink wrapping for any box. Box Wraps Wraps are available in a wide variety of color, textures, patterns, and finishes. We can also print custom wraps. The possibilities are endless. Turnaround Time A custom box order takes approximately 3-4 weeks to complete. Large orders can be shipped all at once or in smaller increments. Please call for details. Pricing Our pricing structure varies based upon the size of the box, type of wrap and quantity ordered. Due to the variety of options and the number of variables in producing a box order, The Box Factory will give price quotes on an individual order basis, absolutely FREE. Sales Tax: All Iowa orders are subject to current Iowa Sales Tax unless an Iowa Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is obtained. Payment Terms We offer terms for Net 30 with approved credit. Initial orders require 50% down with the remaining balance to be paid upon delivery. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Shipping All box orders are packaged in corrugated shipping boxes and shipped F.O.B. Waverly, Iowa via FedEx, UPS or common carrier |
